Mr. Hall has more than 17 years of experience in site investigations and remediation, and has spent the last three years primarily focused on investigation and remediation of a complex contaminated site regulated under ISRA and located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Mr. Hall also provides technical review and project management for Phase site investigations, feasibility studies, field pilot tests, remedial system design, and remediation system installation/operation. His experience includes PCBs, dioxins, volatile organic compounds, petroleum hydrocarbons, polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons, metals, pesticides, herbicides, 1,4-dioxane, perchlorate, radionuclides, and other contaminants in soil, sediments, surface water, and groundwater. His responsibilities include project management and supervision of groundwater and soil sampling, drilling and continuous coring activities, monitor well installation, remediation pilot tests, and remedial system design, installation, and operation. He has comprehensive knowledge of requirements associated with CERCLA, RCRA, NPS, and various State programs for site investigations and remediation.
