Glen Kirkpatrick, M.B.A., P. Eng., P.G.
Mr. Kirkpatrick is the Vice President of JCO. He has 20 years of contaminant hydrogeology and environmental engineering experience with specific expertise in characterization, forensic assessment and remediation of sites contaminated by chlorinated solvent DNAPLs and other recalcitrant compounds, particularly in challenging geologic environments and at sites with potential for adverse impact to receptors. In addition, he has worked as a consulting expert on PCB-contaminated sediment issues on some of the nation’s most prominent sites. He has been with the firm since 1999, and serves as program leader providing technical direction and financial management for multiple Fortune 500 clients with sites throughout the northeastern, mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States. He also has substantial experience assisting clients with determination of appropriate financial reserves, and development of remediation cost estimates to support mergers and acquisitions. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Ottawa (Canada), has a graduate degree in Contaminant Hydrogeology from the University of Waterloo, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Norwich University. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario and a licensed Professional Geologist in Texas.
