Natural Resource Damage Assessment

The Johnson Company brings to bear our long and extensive experience understanding natural resource and environmental issues to support potentially responsible parties and natural resource trustee agencies during natural resource damage assessment negotiations.

During negotiations, we:

• evaluate resource damage determinations and calculations
• identify candidate restoration and compensation projects, and assess their feasibility, and
• prepare conceptual designs and cost estimates for compensation alternatives.

Once negotiated projects are selected, we design and implement natural resource damage compensation projects.
