Wetlands Analysis, Restoration, and Mitigation

The Johnson Company uses the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Manual and Guidance documents to perform wetland delineations and functional analyses. We identify necessary buffer zones, design erosion control and wetland protection measures, and prepare and implement site restoration plans for construction projects.

The results are used to prepare applications for Corps of Engineers General Permit coverage and Individual permits.  We also prepare applications for state and local wetland permits.

In addition, our engineers and environmental scientists design and implement wetland restoration and wetland mitigation projects.  The use of native plants in wetland restoration is standard practice.  Our restoration and mitigation services also include nuisance species control and monitoring of wetland performance.
